Order Processing

Each order is freshly roasted and prepared after your purchase is placed to ensure the highest quality.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Ada's Brew is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been processed or shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your package arrives damaged, please include photos of the package and product when contacting us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Ada's Brew ships only within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
